Fancy Dress Competition (Nursery)
Children enjoyed performing in the fancy dress competition. They dressed up as different characters or objects and enjoyed performing on the stage. The tiny tots were confident enough to speak a few lines in front of a huge audience which in itself is an achievement.

CHRISTMAS CELEBRATIONS (KINDERGARTEN)
Kindergarteners had a ball at the Christmas Party. They decorated the christmas tree, put up lovely christmas lights & wreaths. They made a beautiful christmas card for their parents too. Later, they bought in the festive spirit as Santa Claus visited the class. They danced, decorated yummy cupcakes & welcomed christmas with love in their hearts. Click here to view more.

School picnic to Funky Monkey( Preparatory)
Our Children of Preparatory 1, 2, and 3 had such a wonderful day at funky monkey. Enroute to funky monkey our children were served yummy snacks. They were sliding down from the slide , they jumped on a trampoline and they were spinning on the merry go round they enjoyed playing in the ball pool They were having a gala time with their friends and teachers.. They relished the food of funky monkey . Our Children went back home with sweet memories.

FIELD TRIP TO KIDZANIA, AN EDUTAINMENT PARK, GHATKOPAR (KINDERGARTEN).
Kindergarten children enjoyed the field trip to Kidzania. They had super fun enacting the different community helpers. Children also made donuts Kinderjoy chocolates .They relished sandwiches, juice, tasty pav bhaji, noodles, lemon bell, cheese balls and chocolates.

⏺The Greenlawns Bazaar 2023, a vision of our Respected Principal, Ms. Caroline Vaz, & organised by the Pre-Primary Department was a roaring success.
⏺It was held on a bright Tuesday morning of 12th December’ 2023.
⏺The school opened its gates to a huge crowd of excited pre-schoolers & their enthusiastic parents.
⏺The Greenlawns Bazaar apart from an entertaining & light-hearted event, aims to promote FINANCIAL LITERACY & MANAGEMENT to their toddlers & preschoolers.
⏺Learning about money and developing financial literacy from a young age can help children develop responsible money habits and attitudes for later in life.
⏺Basic money management concepts for young children include:
* what money looks like
* where money comes from.
* what money is for – needs and wants
* how to use money wisely – budgeting and saving
* how to get value for money.
⏺The Bazaar aims to impart EXPERIENTIAL LEARNING whereby students “learn by doing” and by reflecting on the experience.
⏺ Children enjoyed purchasing fruits, vegetables & groceries from the vendors. They also independently conducted transactions for the mouth-watering sandwiches, chaat, idli chutney & refreshing coconut water as their breakfast. Popcorn, cotton candy and balloons multiplied their joy & giggles ten-fold.
⏺Here are a few reasons why children should be encourage to go grocery shopping, at least occasionally!
-Learning Letters and Numbers.
-Practicing Social Skills.
-Learning about Food.
-It’s fun.
-Learning about Money.
The bazaar provided a hands on platform by encouraging the young minds to be a helping hand over money, handling change, talking about how much items cost and have a good, real life, foundation of experience on which to build their knowledge about money.
⏺The Greenlawns Bazaar witnessed a buzzing, lively & populous crowd.
⏺To conclude, it was truly heart warming to see all the little happy faces participate in active learning through the vivacious & spirited Greenlawns Bazaar!

MASTER CHEF COMPETITION (KINDERGARTEN)
Kindergarten children wore colourful aprons and chef hats and heartily participated in the Master chef competition. The little master chefs made refreshing coolers, appetizing snacks and tasty desserts.

Children's Day celebration was held on 21st November 2023, The children of our Preparatory class wore party clothes we danced, played games and gave them a small token (CRAYON BOX) which they could use in school. They were very happy and returned home with joy and smile on their face..
