I am convinced that today, what is important is Emotional Intelligence.
It helps to relieve stress, to communicate effectively, to empathize,to take correct decisions and to diffuse conflicts. It is the ability to control impulses and to regulate moods.
At GreenlawnsWorli, we lay a lot of importance on developing a child’s emotional intelligence too. We teach children to be pro-active and not re-active. We encourage teamwork. This improves empathy skills. We train children on ways to reduce stress.

1. A - Avoid . Avoid unnecessary situations that create stress.
2. A – Alter. What can not be avoided should be altered.
3. A- Adopt. Learn to think positively and accept that perfectionism can also be a cause for stress.
4. A- Accept. What cannot be avoided, altered or adopted must be accepted what cannot be cured must be endured.
