Craft Competition at Greenlawns High School
Greenlawns High School successfully conducted an exciting Craft Competition for both the Junior and Senior sections. Students displayed remarkable creativity, imagination, and artistic skills through their innovative craftwork using a variety of materials. The event encouraged originality, teamwork, and environmental awareness by promoting the use of recycled and eco-friendly materials. Inter House English Handwriting Competition(Primary Section)
The Interhouse Handwriting competition was conducted on the 30th of June for the entire Primary section. Each child was given a few paragraphs to be written on a composition sheet. The students were judged based on neatness, style of writing and overall presentation. The competition was conducted effortlessly and the students had a wonderful time.

The students of Standards III and IV had a wonderful and memorable day at Anchaviyo Resort. The outing was filled with laughter, excitement and plenty of fun as the children enthusiastically participated in a variety of engaging activities.
One highlight of the day was experiencing Warli painting, where the students explored this beautiful traditional art form and enjoyed expressing their creativity.
The trip gave the children an opportunity to learn, explore, and bond with their friends outside the classroom. It was truly a day filled with joyful moments, new experiences and wonderful memories that the students will cherish for a long time.

The Inter House English Elocution Competition for the Primary Section was conducted on 12th August 2026 with great enthusiasm. Students presented poems on various topics.Each participant spoke with confidence, clarity, and expressive gestures that impressed both judges and the audience. The competition aimed to build speaking skills, boost self-confidence, and encourage love for the English language among young learners.

The Inter-House Spelling Bee Competition for the Primary Section was held at Greenlawns High School on 24th August 2026. The competition was filled with enthusiasm and excitement as students confidently showcased their spelling skills, vocabulary and knowledge.
The event was successfully conducted under the guidance of our teachers in charge, Ms. Mona, Ms. Shama, Ms. Shivani and Ms. Reenal, whose efforts ensured its smooth and successful execution.
It was a wonderful learning experience that encouraged students to build their vocabulary and develop confidence in the English language.

The Interhouse Calligraphy Competition was organised to encourage students to develop neat, beautiful, and expressive handwriting. The competition provided a wonderful platform for students to showcase their creativity, patience, and attention to detail.

On 31st July, our school came alive with the spirit of language, expression, and confidence as the Marathi Elocution Competition was held for the Primary Section. The event provided a wonderful platform for our young learners to express their thoughts with poise and passion.
With sparkling confidence and infectious enthusiasm, each participant captivated the audience through expressive speech, clear pronunciation, and impressive stage presence. Their remarkable performances reflected not only their hard work and preparation but also their growing love and respect for the Marathi language.
The competition celebrated the beauty and richness of Marathi while fostering self-confidence, public speaking skills, and effective communication among students. Every child shone brightly, making the event a memorable and inspiring experience for all. It was truly a celebration of talent, determination, and the joy of learning.

🎶 Solo Singing Competition – A Celebration of Young Voices 🎶
The Primary Section of Greenlawns High School hosted its Solo Singing Competition 2026–27 on 17th July 2026, providing our young singers with a wonderful platform to showcase their talent, confidence and love for music.
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of Standards 1 to 4, who performed with great spirit and confidence. Each child brought their own unique charm to the stage, making the event truly delightful.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our esteemed judges, Sir Gerry and Miss Yolanda, for their valuable time, encouragement and thoughtful evaluation.
