Submission of the duly filled application forms for the

PLAY GROUP and NURSERY CLASS will be on SATURDAY

12^TH NOVEMBER 2022 FROM 9:30 AM TO 1:00 PM

    The following self attested copies to be submitted along with the Application Form:

1. Birth Certificate of the Child.
2. Educational qualifications of the parents.(Last/Final qualification certificates only)
3. Passport for proof of residence.
4. School Leaving Certificate of Ex. Students.
5. School ID card of siblings in Greenlawns.
6. Child Aadhar Card

ADMISSION PROCEDURE AND CRITERIA

1. Age specifications for admission to classes for the academic year 2023-2024 is as follows:

Play Group      01.10.2020 to 30.09.2021

Nursery           01.10.2019 to 30.09.2020

2. Amongst other criteria, Preference for admission will be given to:
3. Children with siblings already in Greenlawns, residing in the vicinity.
4. Children of ex-students of Greenlawns, residing in the vicinity.
5. Children residing in the vicinity.

3. Admission Fees one time - Rs.   3000.00

Deposit Refundable -  Rs.     25000.00

Please note that there will be an increase upto 15 % in the fees.

Fees once paid are not refundable. Deposit which includes Laboratory/ Library / Caution Money will be refundable when the child leaves the school.

The yearly fees includes Tuition fee, Term fee, Library Fee, Laboratory Fee, Examination Fee, Text and Exercise Books including the required study / other material

The 2 terms in a year for payment of fees for subsequent years are:

TERM I: APRIL TO SEPTEMBER

TERM II:  OCTOBER TO MARCH

4. Admission of blood brothers/sisters shall not be automatic or as a matter of right but will be considered on selective basis only and will be subject to usual formalities. Management‘s decision in the matter shall be final and the management is not bound to give any reason for not admitting the siblings.

5. THOSE WHO DO NOT HEAR FROM THE SCHOOL ARE REQUESTED NOT TO MAKE INQUIRIES EITHER BY TELEPHONE OR OTHERWISE ABOUT THE STATUS OF REGISTRATION /ADMISSION, AS THE NUMBER OF SEATS ARE LIMITED AND THE MANAGEMENT MAY NOT  BE ABLE TO ADMIT ALL THE STUDENTS FILLING IN THIS FORM.

• Greenlawns School is a full day English Medium School.
• Greenlawns School is a Private Unaided Minority School; Affiliated to the 'Council for the Indian School Certificate Examination’, New Delhi.

• The School has a five –day week and timings are 8.00 am to 11.00 am for the Pre-Primary.

• Transport etc are optional and extra.

The school has the following vacations :( Subject to Change)

Diwali                                - 2 weeks (November)

Christmas                          - 10 days (December)

Summer Vacation              - 5 weeks (April-May)
