Tanisha Dhokad from std 4 won the 2 place in The Interschool Drawing and Painting Competition 2020 conducted by Indian Coastguard.

Arya Bala from std 4 secured 95% in Mental Math competition held by Ignited Mind Lab.

Rishan Wagh from std III received Gold Medal, certificate and cash prize of Rs. 500 for "Schools India" - 19th All India Hope Talent Contest in the field of Art.

Hummingbird Olympiad and Spell Bee Competitions 2019-20

The Hummingbird Olympiad and Spell Bee Competitions were conducted in school by Ms. Sonal and Ms. Gretel. Several students were extremely enthusiastic to participate in the competitions. The Olympiad was conducted in the fields of English, Mathematics, Science, Aptitude and Reasoning as well as one’s Talents. The Spell Bee Competition also focussed on children’s aptitude and reasoning while testing their linguistic skills as well. The children who enrolled for the competition were provided with study material to enable them to obtain excellent results. Many students also bagged gold, silver and bronze medals while some students also qualified for the Second Round of the Olympiad and the Spell Bee. Their names will be reflected in both the tables below. The enthusiasm and eagerness of the students were truly profound and it enabled them to perform wonderfully as well as qualify for the next round. The students have truly shown us that it is immensely important to work hard and achieve excellence.

National Primtalent Examination 2019-2020

The Primtalent Olympiad Examinations were conducted during the academic year 2019-20 to test the knowledge of children in various subjects. The aim was to infuse a spirit of healthy competition , to promote awareness in various areas .It enables children to expand their horizons and test their skills. Veeraj Nadar

Standard -3 , 2019-20

Veeraj is a bright & Smart child with inquisitive mind studying in Standard three. Being a good athelete he has secured several Gold and Silver Medals in Athelics and various Competitions like Skating, Swimming and Cycling. He, has been awarded for completing 2 km "Juniorthon" in '9 mins and 24 secs'. Besides this, has also been certified in Marathon of "Decathlon", "cool-a-thone" & "Swatantra veer savarkar marathon".

Kush Bid qualified in first 20 at the Flamingo Marathon in Vashi, Navi Mumbai in 5 km run.

Standard -7 ; 2019-20

Kush Bid is a self motivated boy. He is interested in running marathons and participating in running races, and the occasional game of cricket. He has got medals for running various marathons such as, 'Zee Bull run' , 'Run for flamingos ' and for 'Children's Earth Walkathon'. He has also won gold medal in inter-house football tournament. He is also learning and practicing cricket since 6 years at Shivaji park.

Jaanya Gada of std 3 won a medal in Kalabharati Child Art Colouring Competition.

Neev Jain of std 5 won a medal in Kalabharati Child Art Colouring Competition.

ARTISTRY AWARD claimed by our Teachers!

It was a proud moment to be nominated for an All-India award. It gave us immense pleasure and boosted our confidence. We, the teachers of Greenlawns School,Worli were nominated for The ARTISTRY AWARD, organised by SCL Rhythms Research Centre at PAN INDIA LEVEL. Our Principal, Ms. Caroline Vaz had immense faith in our calibre.She motivated us - Ms. Reema Wagh (Dance) ,Ms. Alpa Shah (Art) and Ms. Radhika Dangi (Singing) to enroll for the award. There were many competitors from different schools all over India. In October 2019, the results declared,all three of us had achieved the awards in our respective fields. Our happiness knew no bounds. It was such a proud moment which cannot be described in words. More than the individual award, we were proud that Greenlawns School, Worli had bagged all the three Best Teacher’s awards in the fields of Art, Dance and Singing. It had been the most wonderful moment which will be cherished all our lives.
