We organized village empowerment and rural development drive, #lionsclubofjjcrescent #oneworldbusinessgroup merisahelitrust where we distributed school books, school fees for children, sewing machines and also conducted health and sanitation drive for women and distributed hampers to provide livelihood and make them self sufficient inorder to promote peace and sustainability. We discussed various options of rural empowerment by providing jobs and cottage industry setups and also ensure education and day care facilities or children and old age homes. We have also arranged and tied up with a nearby hospital for providing them with any health checkups or requirements for any medical facilities ( eye checkups, general healthcheckups). Despite extreme stormy weather members and volunteers have shown extreme determination and executed the project with great enthusiasm. We need the support of each and every member and volunteer.Thank you for your continued cooperation. |
