Greenlawns High School, Warden Road, proudly hosted the Megh Malhar 16 Interschool Singing Competition, a much-anticipated musical event held in the fond memory of Sir Yogendra Gangani, a beloved and respected figure in our school community. Known for his deep passion for music and dedication to nurturing young talent, Sir Yogendra Gangani’s legacy continues to inspire every note sung and every voice raised in harmony.
This year’s competition saw enthusiastic participation from schools across the city, with students coming together to showcase their vocal prowess in a variety of genres — from classical and semi-classical to folk and contemporary. The event not only highlighted the incredible musical talent of young performers but also celebrated the unifying and uplifting power of music.
